First Bank of Delaware is a full-service, state-chartered bank dedicated to serving the needs of individuals, businesses, and families throughout the state of Delaware. First Bank of Delaware primarily uses EVS verification services during account origination to ensure the applicant is who they say they are in order to avoid fraudulent account activity.
The three other clients acquired by EVS are Auto Compli, Smokes & Spirits, and McFarland Clinic.
Auto Compli assists dealerships in the collections/debt collecting process and uses EVS services to obtain recent addresses and phone numbers associated with a debtor.
Smokes & Spirits sells controlled substance products and merchandise online and uses EVS products for age and address verification as well as to ensure the shipping and billing addresses actually belong to the buyer.
McFarland Clinic is a medical Clinic that consists of several different offices and locations in the Ames and uses EVS products to assist in their collections process as well as to ensure that their client files are up-to-date and accurate with the most recent address information.
