Louisville, KY- (12/17/2013)Identity verification and authentication solutions provider, Electronic Verification Systems (EVS), is releasing a new version of their IdentiFlo Management Platform to help improve identity verification and authentication for industries such as banking, insurance, online gaming and other age-restricted products. The updated platform will have the ability to create several user levels from full admin to CSR, ability to perform true drivers license (DL) verification, ability to create pass/fall threshold plus many other features and improvements that clients have requested. The expansion will be introduced in January 2014.
Electronic Verification Systems will be implementing this expansion to help make someones job easier and more effective, be it the Chief Compliance Officer of a world bank or a call center CSR. The added features will further secure user verification and assist with compliance regulations.
According to EVS Vice President of Client services, Eric Knapp, We have asked several clients for feedback regarding any changes they would like to see be it additional products or tweaking some features. Knapp states that, We have listened to our clients and it will be exciting to release the new version of IdentiFlo, which so many of our clients helped create through their feedback. Nothing about the new platform will cause a client to have to do anything unless they so chose to make use of the added features and benefits of IdentiFlo 2.0.
This product will allow clients to have the ability to create a truly customizable solution directly from the IdentiFlo Management platform and will limit the need for development from the client. We will, of course, work with each client individually to ensure the transition to the new platform is seamless. Again, nothing will change for any client unless they want to make use of the added features and benefits. says Knapp.
