Louisville, KY- (08/07/2017) Electronic Verification Systems (EVS) has announced the launch of a new solution that allows for identity verification and age verification by processing an image of the front and back of a consumer’s identity document.
IdentiFraud Scan can take an image of the front and back of a consumer’s driver license or other government-issued photo ID, verify the authenticity of the document, and return consumer identity information. Images can be collected through a consumer’s mobile device, webcam, scanner, or other imaging device of sufficient quality.
Consumer information pulled from the identity document can be used to simplify submission of registration fields, particularly on mobile devices. This information can also be verified against consumer data records for enhanced verification and protection from synthetic IDs. IdentiFraud Scan can be fully integrated with Watch List Screening, making it one of the most comprehensive solutions for KYC and AML compliance available.
As with other EVS products, IdentiFraud Scan can be utilized from within the IdentiFlo Management Portal or seamlessly integrated with existing systems and Websites through an available API.
